A Rich History
Belmont Associates began as The Belmont Paper Box Company on Belmont Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Founded by Great-Grandfather Aaron Rosinsky in 1908, the company’s beginnings were rooted in the production of corrugated paper boxes and has since evolved into a robust and highly esteemed commercial real estate investment firm. Since Aaron Rosinsky’s founding of the company, each generation of Rosinsky men has acted as sole principal and has been actively involved in operations and asset management.
A Diverse Portfolio
Belmont Associates is heavily involved in the investment and acquisition of commercial real estate properties across the United States including its headquarters, The Flamingo Building, located in downtown West Palm Beach. Focused on building long lasting relationships with its tenants, Belmont’s diverse commercial portfolio is mainly comprised of high end retail, big box retail, strip centers, and office buildings.
