Christian J. Shern brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the Belmont Associates management team.

West Palm Beach, FL – Belmont Associates welcomes Christian J. Shern as General Legal Counsel. His role also involves asset management and a variety of other diverse company duties. Christian joins Belmont Associates with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having worked for large retail tenants such as Office Depot and Pet Supermarket, and commercial landlords such as Woolbright Development and Isram Realty & Management. 

Christian has substantial experience with negotiating leases for inline shops and anchor tenants as well as contracts for build-to-suit locations, self-development and ground leases and purchases. Prior to attending law school at St. Thomas University and being a member of the Florida Bar, Christian worked as a property assessor for the State of Maryland, where he grew up as a child. Christian has a broad range of legal experience combined with real-world common sense.
